A wonderfully fun, colourful and theatrical centrepiece for a party. Perfect to feed a crowd of hungry guests. A premium mixed paella recipe using king prawns, mussels, calamari, pork and chorizo, Spanish rice, saffron, homemade chicken stock and slow cooked sofrito.
